Troubling flashing Deathadder to 1.25

When ever i do it, it freezes and im unable to move the mouse.

It either fails, crashes or doesn't complete.

The only way i can get it back is by changing the USB port.

Any ideas?

are you using Driver version 1.08 ?
you need to be to use this firmware .
also if you change usb ports the driver should be reinstalled
ive found its better to have a spare ps2 mouse to configure it with

Yeah you need to install the driver that comes with the firmware first - then flash the firmware
