True Image

Hi all,

Im currently using a 320gig hdd for my boot drive. Been given a 250gb, so going to make that my boot drive. Can I image my 320 with true image and put it on to the 250, or does true image require the drives to be the same size?

will be fine, as long as the disc space used is less than the target drive

i've imaged 80gb drives to 10gb partitions before, no problem

Yeah make sure you don't choose the full backup which expects the same size disk.

true image will prompt you if you wanna resize proportionally or manual resize of partitons
