You can create a dynamic Truecrypt volume which will expand to what ever you want as files are added. Set the maximum volume size when the volume is created. Just be careful the size of the files in the encrypted volume does not exceed available space on the disk holding the truecrypt volume as you will loose data on the encrypted volume. Your original question is not very clear. Could you provide more detail of what you are trying to do?

I think that's answered my question.
Basically I want a TrueCrypt file that will automatically increase in side as I add files. So, for example rather then creating a 1GB volume I would create a volume with a limit of 1GB, or even no limit. The volume would then start out at a few KB and increase in size as I added files.
I'll have a play with a dynamic volume. It sounds like what I need, thank you.

Just tried it. Dynamic volume is perfect thank you. I hadn't notice the "Dynamic" check box before!
