Hi,

Been getting BSODs when trying to mount images in Acronis True Image 9.0. Managed to write down the Stop message & its...

Code:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x0A050003, 0xF7A2F680, 0xF7A2F37C)

Problem started after applying Sept AutoPatcher updates. Tried removing them but problem still there. Please help

Nope. After stop message there's nothing else.

On my brother's PC (different specs) its doing the same thing when you try to mount :mad:

& that's what makes me suspect the said updates.

Found this. But on my PC only USB devices attached are a Bluetooth dongle & a cable for a USB printer which is off. On bro's PC, no USB device is attached :confused:

You recently installed updates? Might be worth rolling back a few days and seeing if it works then.

You mean 'System Restore'? Can't, have it off

Anyway, got a list of what was in the Sept updates & removed them. But, still got BSOD

the updates will show up in add/remove (i turn off system restore too)
