TrueNas questions

I've just reset up a small HP microserver with truenas.

I have created a dataset, but am struggling with setting up users or rather a share to my ripped movie collection. My windows PC has access to drives, but trying to access from my laptop I get the message truenas is not accessible you might not have permission to use this network resource.

I want all the tvs in the house to be able to have access to the movies, I would also like my laptop to have access for backing it up - what do I need to do to set this up, as I can't work it out but am new to this.

Firstly, nobody is sharing movies to a TV via DNLA etc. anymore, it's not the 90's, nobody wants a list, we use media front end's like Plex/emby/JellyFin.
