Having just moved onto their service to get a 600/600 symetrical line (£30/m for 12 months), I can say their pricing is good, but I'm having some niggles (packet loss, slowish upload speeds outside of their area network etc) that point to some issues with their routing. They've shipped me a new router to see if that resolves it, but I don't think that's the issue. I'm in Bath FWIW

Anyone else using their service? Care to comment on it?

Yeah recently moved to them, apart from that I can’t really help except to say I tried their router briefly but switched back to my own, tp link ax73 I think.
Seems to be fine to me.

Come to think of it when the installation guy tested WiFi near their router it worked perfectly.

They've certainly been busy in the Bath area over the last few years and should be covering my area soon, so am keeping an eye on it

Thanks dudes, well I will keep you appraised of the outcomes. I tried using my old hauwei router but didn't solve the issues. It's really annoying.
