Trust? CPUz or HWinfo64

Cpuz is tell me im running at 2.2v on the core when i set 1.3v in bios but HWinfo says 1.35v

ive always just used CPU's

I am 99.9% sure that CPU-Z is wrong.

This is what I was thinking, but this coincides with fitting a new cooler and my temps are massive, so I thought it could be right and I panicked.

I've gone from a 280mm aio to a Jonsbo HX6200D

Idle temp 32c > 47c I just thought was was a big step
Cinebench 72c > 95c

But I have gone from 4.75 @ 1.35v to auto @ 1.2v(set in bios)
This it with no side panel on

that air cooler 150watts at most

lol its says 200w... genuinely i feel 105w best.
SHADOW ROCK LP is 130w and performs better.

Yer am going to pick one up like I should have in the first place, I was just drawn in by the 200w claim.

I did wonder where the number came from.

I mean tbf when it came it looked good 6 heat pipes solid until. Got some weight to it.

But in bios it was at 56c this was my first hint it was poo. With the fan at 100% Cinebench hit into the 90's at stock speed
