Trust new PC when no longer have access to mobile number?

Hi,
How can i trust my new pc when i dont have access to my old phone number? Tried putting my new number in and then clicking trust, but i dont get a text to my new number and if i click "didnt get code" it will want to text or call my old number, which i cant acess any longer?

Tried everything and its driving me insane

Yeah its looking like I will have to wait a month. That's a bit of a pain as none of my bookmarks and passwords are sync'd
