So I need to reinstally windows 7 on my brothers friends laptop. But we have no install discs for it. Could someone give me the link for the Official ISO's. I use to have them saved in my computers favorites but currently my computer is out of action. (Just so everyone knows he has a license for it etc obviously)

I tried making an all in one usb pen with my 64 bit and 32bit technet iso files but kept getting errors at the end of the install so gonna try the iso's mentioned above as well thanks so much for that link

Pro tip: it doesn't matter where you get the file from, as long as the checksums match.

You can get the checksums from the msdn site, without needing a subscription.

You then google the checksum. This will take you all kinds of places.

After downloading the file from wherever, you use one of the bazillion free checksum generators to make sure the file you just downloaded is bit-for-bit identical to the file you could have got from msdn (if you had a sub!).
