Have a couple of tricky reviews to do for trustpilot and thought I would ask the esteemed and knowledgeable members of GD to assist.

Case 1: Ordered a pair of Training Shoes from a UK company on 29th December and they were sent direct from France, sadly it appears they were sent to somebody else as I received no emails regarding despatch or delivery. The company in question have sorted it out and a splendid pair of Trainers arrived today.

Case 2: Following the initial issues above, I ordered another pair of Trainers from a UK company, they arrived but were completely the wrong style and size, they were ladies size 6 canvas plimsolls, which if I could fit in them would look slightly ridiculous, they have corrected this after asking me to supply photographs so all has ended well.

Still without Trainers, I purchased some from New Balance which arrived as ordered in good time, so flawless.

So, I have a lifetimes supply of Trainers and tricky Trustpilot Stars to allocate, both companies messed up but both companies redeemed themselves.

Any suggestions please.

4 stars, lose one for making the mistake in the first place but as everyone was happy in the end then that seems fair

You're 57 years old and you're seriously asking for help over how many stars to give in a couple of reviews? Are said trainers of the laced variety, and if so do you need help putting them on the correct feet and tying them?

just an idea,

1 for rip off merchant
2 for a very bad experience but you were not ripped off
3 if they were poor but sorted problems in the end
4 if they were generally good but you were not 100% happy
5 if you were very happy
