Wont be auctioned off as its full of mark 3s and unreleased 1DX's.

I bet they have something like 2 bodies per area as a failure redundancy. I bet half of them don't get used.

Same with the lenses. Will be 1 extra per photographer.

You'd be surprised at how many of these journalists are total crap anyway. Just someone who gets a picture quick and zapps it off to office to be used in desktop publishing. One of you guys would sit for many minutes at a time processing these.

The key rule isnt always how goods the photo but which paper / tabloid has the news first.
