Trying to achieve a plastic effect

I am working on a simple CV template and want to get a nice shiney plastic look to it. I have tried with a bit of opacity but it needs to be better.

Can anyone suggest a nice way of getting the plastic look, not too over the top though.

Easiest way is to Google photoshop tutorials, find one you like and give it a go.
