Hi all,

I had a pair of Hercules 200 plugs and they have been working great.

However I now want to extend and add a 3rd plug. But the 3rd plug I have is a TP-Link.

What do I do please.? As I can't get all 3 to work.

Thanks

Assuming they are compatible they probably just need syncing.

It's usually just a matter of pressing the button on one of the existing adapters, and then pressing the button on the new adapter. There may also be utility software that'll do the same thing, but that can get tricky with different brands.

The instructions should provide all the details you need.

Ok - So I done a 'reset' on the TP Link plug and managed to get it connected.

But when I add the 3rd plug - The Hercules one starts to show a 'red' light, indicating the connection speed is 'poor'.?

The Hercules is 'ePlug 200 Duo' and the TP Link's are PA211 (kit)

atm i have 2 X trednet 500mbps kit betweent he router and my pc and I have just put 1 of my old extra value 200mbps plugs in to my sons room onto the raspberry pi in his tv.

I didnt synch them or anything just plugged then in and they worked straight away. Still getting full speed to my main pc as well.

Run some LAN speed tests see what you get then run WAN speed tests.

See if u actualy are getting low speeds.
