trying to backup all the videos on my iphone to my mac...but having trouble!

Hi all,

so i'm getting a bit annoyed trying to backup all the vids on my iphone to my imac. The vids on the phone are not all stored in the same folder and for some reason iphoto isn't showing all of them. i've also tried image capture but it doesn't display all the videos that are on the device.

is there some way i can just see ALL the mov files on my phone and copy them safely across to my mac hard drive??

Have a look at a 3rd party app called Photosync. Used it for a few years and find it useful more often than not.

thanks, giving it a go an seems to be doing the trick. Still a bit bemused as to why icloud/itunes/backup etc just won't work as it should
