Trying to buy from OCUK :(

I dont know where i should put this post

Ok tried to order some stuff this morning, order went through and 10 mins later got a notice saying the order had been canceled as it had not passed security checks etc. So i re did the order double checked my details and hit proceed.

Again 10 mins later got canceled email again so this time phoned my card company they told me there were no problems on my card and that the amounts had been succesfully charged to my card.

I contacted OCUK and was told that there was probably a time out between the security checking and int-check or somethign like that.

has anyone else had problems today?

And is there anotherway i could purchase them as its my brothers birthday present im trying to get.

Phone them? Apparently online causes postage SNAFU like £75 delivery or something, wheras by phone it's accurate pricing.

Have you moved recently? If the address the bank holds for you doesn't match what you're telling OcUK the system declines/cancels it.
