Trying to find a Board to fit this I3 Cpu?

i got this cpu Intel Core i3 3240 quite sometime ago from OC but i was wondering what ddr3 motherboard would be ok with this please?

hi, just a quick question? are these 2 ok as some others seam to cost a fortune
