Hey everyone. I've been trying to find a gaming laptop for the last couple of months with a budget of £1500.
After all that time doing research here and there I've found two that will run me about 1400.
The only problem is the review units are all a lower spec of the same laptop (asus) so for this laptop specifically I can't find any reviews or tests on it.
It's the ASUS ROG Strix GL503VM FY022T. Really don't know what much of that means if I'm honest.
It's either that or Medion Erazer X7853 which is bigger/chunkier but hosts the 1070.
Am I a bit of a **** to make a comparison with these two and not go for the 1070? I know the Asus has a 120hz Screen, does it really make that much of a difference on a screen that's 15.6" as opposed to 60-75Hz on a 17.3"?
I really have no clue about all of this stuff. My current PC is exactly the same as I first bought it back in 08 or 09, can't remember.
IF I had a higher budget I'd have one built but this is where I'm at at the moment.
