Sounds like the early bit from the st elmos fire song. I've played all wake 2 maybe 1 of them or a Dornie dark song.

That's the general theme era. Mods pls don't lock. I'm not trolling just simple/need reassurance

Having said that its likely Head over Heels by Tears for Fears but its hardly generic 80s.
