This is a long shot! Some years ago we bought a Dell E525w colour laser printer. It has worked pretty much flawless up until last week.
Now it has decided to throw out a code: 007-371
Is there any service information about this printer anywhere? finding it hard to locate much at all.
I did find something on ifixit about a dell mono printer that appears to have the same layout.
It details stripping and cleaning all the gears and cogs.
To keep the business running we bought a Brother laser.
But if I can nurse the dell back to working enough, that means we can use up the toners we have left.
