trying to get unreal

i've just downloaded a load of unreal tutorials for free from 3dbuzz (sos if the name is not allowed) but i haven't got the software to use so im trying to find it but i can't. Can anyone give me the name of the latest Unreal software and its full name

Am i being completely stupid and the unreal tutorials are for the unreal tournament games? if so what is the latest game called?

Maybe I'm being daft but how does this relate to HTML, Graphics or Programming? Are you wishing to use the unreal engine to make a 3D game?
