Trying to get Windows 11

I ran PC Health Check I need this.

I have a gigabyte motherboard. How do I enable both things in picture in BIOS?

@Cyclone you should really ask if they have a cpu that supports TPM first..

@bitfenix ensure tpu is enabled in the bios

To enable your CPU’s built-in TPM boot into the UEFI settings (what used to be the BIOS setup), localize the setting often simply called fTPM (AMD CPUs) or PTT (Intel CPUs), and enable it.
normally under CPU advanced

believe tpu was enabled on
8000 series+ on intel (6700/7000 also have it)
AMD ryzen 2000s+
