Trying to increase XPs maximum connection limit - Help!

Im trying to run this *.exe but I keep getting the following error.

Ive tried in safe mode but still nothing

Any one know whats going on?

Its because you're running the 64bit version of windows, one of the service packs have obviously changed the file and moved the position of the value that needs to be changed.

About half way down the page people start posting a solution file, wouldn't say the instructions are too clear. IOW try at your own risk.
