Trying to install Windows 7, HDD not detected

It's asking me to load drivers. In my BIOS my HDD isn't listed, it's definately in SATA1 (the lowest slot my motherboard has) and the cables are definately fully plugged in. What's wrong?

No, neither Windows or my BIOS is detected.

The HDD is a brand new Samsung F3 1TB.

Can't even remember where i saw it wasn't detected it the BIOS now. Now i can't see anything related to it.
