I have been given an old Excel program (a risk calculator) and can't seem to get to work. The manual talks about loading it on Windows 3.1/95 so it really is old. At first it came up with some dll errors, I think it even mentioned which ones so downloaded but to no avail. Since then it always comes up with these three errors (in the order you see). Is there any hope of getting it to work?

I'm back :)

I opened the original files and saved them as .xlsm files. However when I open them - I am presented with the same problem.

Furthermore, when you managed to successfully open the master file, were you presented with this?

I haven't seen the full contents of the program but I know it should be a little more populated than the picture above.

You need to download This. Install it and follow the instructions in the Readme.txt file. Should work after that, just make sure to enable the macro's in excel (it disables them by default on untrusted files). :)

I had a few moments at work, so thought I'd give it a shot too :D

I followed the instructions but can't get past the last hurdle. It says to remove the modules in the editor but I don't have that option (greyed out).

I didn't need to go that far. Once, I copied over the files and opened up the program, all I had to do was enable macro's and it all worked fine.

No. Going to try it on another PC.

Works on my work laptop (W7 x64 Office 2007) but still won't work on my work PC (W7 x64 Office 2010).

EDIT - Thanks for the help by the way.
