Trying to make a bootable install drive

I have made many USB install for Windows 7 on my USB and never had any problems before. I've tried to google but nothing comes up.

Anyone know how to overcome this?

Get the ISO and then just use RUFUS

I've tried isotousb, winusb and rufus..... I have to agree Rufus is by far the best.
