Well I've narrowed my choices down to the following.... And I'd appreciate peoples advice on them and any problems with them :D

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Intel Z77

Asus P8Z77-V Intel Z77

MSI Z77 MPower Intel Z77

I'll be getting a 3570K to upgrade my current machine a bit :p

I can vouch for the mpower, awesome board, max my asus z68 could manage was 4.6ghz, needed way too much vcore for 4.7, now running the mpower got the same chip(2500k) to 4.8ghz ran prime for an hour before it crashed, sure i could get it stable but no point as moving to ivy in a week or so.

Got the Asus P8Z77 V Pro here, coupled with a 3570k, nicely laid out board and great bios options.

Think using ASRock and Asus/MSI in the same post is a bit disrespectful to the later.

:D

Haha what can I say I love big advertisements for strange features I've never seen or heard of before! I mean come one it has a dehumidifier option! :D

I had looked at the gigabyte offerings but unfortunately they decided to use the VIA audio chip which is killer for me as I want either Dolby Digital Live or DTS Connect :(

I had seen that one but the colour and sata port situation kinda put me off a bit I'm quite fussy when it comes to motherboards and I know I'll still miss my current one lol

Have just upgraded from an asus sabertooth 990 +x6 1100t to the asrock z77 and a 2500k and the whole system just feels faster, and it overclocks like a dream :)
