Trying to problem slove temps on old pc

Just been fixing up a old Pc for the kids and cant work out why the temps are @ 65c ideal and underload 85c. Its a intel celeron D 340 Socket 775 2.93. I have fitted a new heatsink and fittted new memory to it and still temps are high. Im not sure if this is normal or what else to try with it. So would like to get to the bottom of it before i give in.:)
