trying to reccomend a build for a friend

hi all, so a friend of mine wants to get a computer to play some WoW. He has about £400 to spend but would like to save money if he can, ive already told him that he can keep his old hard drive and cd/dvd drive to save abit of cash but im not sure what i can recommend him to get.

any ideas on GPU, CPU, PSU and decent ish case he could get? it will mainly be for WoW. so far ive recommended him my build but its abit ott with the card etc, so ive said an R7 series card might do. am i right? also hes wanting to go the AMD route so he can save money

Intel will be best for WOW.

Generally much stronger core performance.

Are his drives all SATA?

im not sure about the HDD, but i have some spare SATA drives if he needs one. and i know intel is better, but im running it well on my AMD CPU just fine. hes not wanting to run ultra etc, probably high
