Trying to recover an Overclockers cart

Hello on the 19th of Jan i made this cart https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cart/restore/1d1f9b2c997aac2de72ff197a8f7422b

when i try restore to it, it just says cart empty.
Is there any way to recover it or is it lost because i dont exactly remember everything what was there. Thanks
