Trying to remember a small app

Does anyone remember the name of a small windows XP application that changed the following, plus a few more things I can't remember.

- Icons (Made them smoother)
- Start up screen
- Logon screen
- Auto installed the UXtheme patch

I'm sure the name was 4-5 letters long, but for some reason I can't get nlite, vlite out of my head but I know it's not them. It was a common app to install just after windows to make things look better

Nope not this on either. It was definitely free and more a of a collection of basic utilities than an actual package

This is the one. Excellent. Thanks very much.

Remember it making XP look much nicer by replacing system files, rather than running additional software
