Trying to remember an old game...

I'm trying to remember an old game I used to play when I was younger. I only had the demo, but I'll try and describe it.

It was a 3rd person game, you could choose 1 of 4 characters. Two characters were female, and the others male. One of the male characters was built like a tank

Anyway, the first demo level started out in the street, and you had to fight swarms of enemies in waves. I can remember you could pick up things like benches and bins etc from the street. There was also a car that you could open the boot of and there was a baseball bat in there or something.


Somebody must have played this game?! It must have been the late 90s

It was similar looking to Urban Chaos.. Around that age too.

Apparently it came out on the PSX, N64 and Windows... So I must have played it on one of them.

fighting force was amazing, used to love playing on it when i was a kid. The bronx and the subway levels with all the punks on bikes

There was old 2D game as well - may have even been called fighting force. was great fun

Sounded like L4D until you mentioned 'late 90s'


er, apart from the obvious bits that I didn't read the first time round, like the 3rd person part, and the baseball bat. But if you've been drinking like I have then it sounds like it

Think I'm right in remembering in Streets Of Rage chickens and stuff were hidden under items, so you walked over them and a huge deep voice said "CHICKENNNNNNNNNNNN!!!

...Or maybe thats something totally different!
