trying to remember the name of a game

it was on the pc and you were a taxi driver in the future. it was first person in car view and you ended up buying guns and stuff. you would pick up fares and drop em off etc, i do remember it having a sequel.

it annoying me cos i really cant think what it is.

the games quite old, we're talkin win98 era i think maybe even dos. not set too far in the future

Had quarantine for the 3DO
It was really good fun, never managed to get out of the first city though.
