I'm not exactly sure how to describe this problem, but here's what i'm stuck at.

This is a pre-assembled Overclockers system, I would call the system support but it is ALWAYS 'busy'. If someone on this forum could help me it would be much appreciated.

Basically, the screws are totally misaligned.

I keep trying to call the system support, but I never get through to anyone, wasted about £5 by now.

So you're saying the screw goes through the hoop shape and not one of the holes above or below? What case is it?

What's actually stopping you removing the card itself and is there a reason why you wish to do this?

If its preassembled then it'll all fit anyway and work? so why are you messing with it with the side off?

It looks to me to be covered by one clip. Theres a bit of metal which is covering the PCI slots. On the top of the pci slots it should just unclip off. I would have a pitcure to show you but I cant find the bit im looking for. Heres another pic from another angle.

it should just unclip towards you and undo all the PCI slots

what about removing the two backing plates above and below the graphics card?
sometimes these force it to not line up
