Trying to run a game

So i've installed SC3000 on my Windows 10, laptop, for it to say, access denied, please login with administrator privileges and try again, any help, as I don't have any administrator privileges on my laptop..

Alongside this, I have tried to set it to run in a Win 7 and XPsp3 enviroment, yet it still will not run

Have you tried to run it as administrator (an option on the Compatibility tab when you look at the properties of the shortcut or .exe)?

have you checked the permissions on the games install folder?

If you dont have admin permissions on your laptop I cannot see this getting going. Sorry

Only one thing you could try - uninstall the game, and re-install it to your local user path (as you have permissions to this), i.e.:
C:\Users\<your username>\Games\SC3000\

That may work. It depends what the game needs permissions for. If its just local read/write access, that may fix it.
