I'm trying to make more space around my PC desk as my desktop sits on top of my desk next to my monitor. The reason for this is because I am going to purchase a PS4 soon and will need room for that at my desk as well. My PC desk does have a built in area for a desktop to sit, but my current PC case is far too big to fit without leaving little room for air intakes. I want to downgrade my PC case to something a little smaller without loosing build quality so I can fit it into the area on my desk. I do intend to upgrade my motherboard, CPU and GPU sometime this year, but I will stick with the mATX form factor. At the moment, I have a Cooler Master HAF 912+ and have been impressed with the build quality. Unfortunately, the looks have worn off on me and I'm starting to see what an ugly looking PC case it really is. I want something with a more sleek finish now.

The desktop space on my PC desk is (W-H-L) 11",20",20". The new PC case would need to fit within this space flawlessly. I also intend to change my CPU cooler to a Corsair Hydro H60 at some point soon, too. I have looked at the Fractal Design ARC Mini R2 and really like it for it's build quality and sleek look.

So has anyone got any ideas for a better case?

That's not bad choice actually. I was going to suggest the Fractal Define Mini but your problem is lack of depth (~51cm). The Aerocool DS is is fairly short and wide and there wouldn't be much clearance with the width, but as it doesn't have any side vents that shouldn't be an issue.
