Hi all,

Has anybody here setup / configured LAG / LACP on a TP Link smart switch?

I have tried to follow the manual but I still cannot see if LACP is actually configured successfully and working.

Thanks

Suck it and see..

Is it a link between switches or between a switch and a server/pc?

From something that will stay connected, ping a device linked through the LACP.

ie..

ping -t server

This will ping forever. Remove one network cable, it should stay up without dropping a single ping.

Now reconnect that cable, wait say 10 seconds, then unplug the other cable.

Yep ...I tried that.

Funny thing is it only loses pings when one specific one is removed.

...I also lose several pins when I plug it back in.?

Which NAS? Have you set up LACP in the NAS side too. If it's working, you should get the same IP on both NICs on the Nas, they won't have individual IPs.

Needs to be set up on the switch side and the NAS side. Make 100% sure you're using the correct ports on the switch.

Show us screenshots of the configuration screens, I'm not familiar with Zyxel's gui.
