trying to think of way to stick my power strip to wall

Power strips normally have two holes in the back for screws. The holes are wider at one end, so you can screw the screws into the wall first, then slot the power strip onto them after.
 
If you are using plugs which are adapters with transformers, etc. likely the weight and movement if you plug and unplug them much will defeat most adhesives - you'd want to screw mount it ideally (using Rawl plugs or similar).
 
As others have said... why not the bottom of the desk (it's what everyone else seems to do in online videos), then one cable with an 'extension loop' going down a leg (you can get little adhesive clips or use velcro)... all other cables can be neatly managed underneath tabletop with some other sort of management options.
