I really am outstanded by the support TSO give, and at such an excellent price.

Its 1am right now, and I got an answer to a support email with in 5 mins.

didn't get this level of support from my previous hosting company which I was paying a lot more for.
 
I've always been happy with the level of support they give. Longest I've ever waited for a reply was 20 mins. Can't fault them at all.
 
Hehe, I reccomended one of my work mates the other day about this, TSO Host, very responsive. I said "Even at 1am in the morning on the weekend, 15-20 mins!!!"

I've already sent three people their way - and will continue doing so so long as the servers stay fast and the customer support is first class
 
Yup! I recommend them to anyone who even mentions they have anything below perfect hosting.

Great prices, great servers and even better service :)
 
Still remember when I was working a late on and it was 2am - still got support by email with 10 mins. Honestly can't fault there support one bit at all.
 
Just emailed tso a quick question, bear in mind its 11:30 on a saturday night... 5 mins later I got my response. Unbelievable, I'm almost shaking from positive disbelief!
 
Everyone slags off Dreamhost because they're cheap, but they're similar. You'll get a reply/fix to your ticket within 5 minutes and they have 24/7 live chat which I've found to be outstanding.
 
There support, which seems like there working 24-7 is on a completely other level.

Only one grumble, would be the occasional 'server' resets - of which I've experienced 3 times over the last year without any warning/notification - it would be fine, if it wasn't for the site being a service which needs 100% uptime.

That said. I wouldn't change.

If you check their announcements forum, I've noticed lately you get posts about each outage or planned outage. They also have a new system status page - http://status.tsohost.co.uk/
 
Put your sites on the clustered hosting, then there is no problem.

I'm another satisfied customer, been using them for years and recently moved all my business sites over, top class service and support even with issues well beyond their remit!!
 
These guys have been helping me with deploying a silverlight website, including webservice and wcf endpoints. Some of the wcf config issues were real head-scratchers and their support, Adam in particular, was utterly fantastic.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

they dont say they give 100% uptime, they state 99.9% and three restarts in a year sounds like they are well with in that.

For a few quid a month I can't believe that is even said.

Well, that I'm aware off. The three restarts happened within a time scale of 2 months. So if we follow that trend over the course of a year...

Agree with the price. Non the less, times can get stressful when you have a sales team selling a service, which is down without warning.
