Tsohost web/ftp stats not working?

Why don't I have any?!

According to 'Awstats' and 'Webalizer', I haven't had any visitors whatsoever since November 2006!

This is simply incorrect and I was wondering what could be done? I have another account with tsohost and the stats on that seem to be fine. Have sent a couple of emails about the problem, but no reply.

Any ideas? Do I have to switch them on?

I'm aware that at least one member of tsohost is a member of these forums and so will hopefully be able to help me. Failing that, what can I do to get these stats working?

If you emailed, you must have had a reply. Check your junk mail folder perhaps.

If you really don't have it, try phoning .

I'm involved with the parent company of Tsohost but I can't see OcUK being too happy if we start using their forums for customer support!

I'm pretty sure that I haven't got a reply, although I have been swapping and updating email addresses recently so its possible that it got lost in the middle.

Point taken about not using ocuk for tsohost customer support, but like i said, I didnt get a reply to my emails and this forum is a bit busier than the tsohost one!

Will email again, then try phoning if necessary.
