tsql and getting day number of the year from date.

Bit of a silly one really but I cannot find an obvious query or command which converts a date to day_of_year_number. For instance.

01/04/2020    92
02/04/2020    93
03/04/2020    94
04/04/2020    95
05/04/2020    96
06/04/2020    97
07/04/2020    98
08/04/2020    99
09/04/2020    100

I cannot fathom the search criteria to get what I'm after either! Google fail..

Would it be easiest just to do a subtract of the start of the year?

Something like...

MyDate.Subtract("01/01/YY").TotalDays

or

select DATEPART(dayofyear,GETDATE())

If its sql server you can use DATEPART(dy, datehere)
