TT eSports Challenger Pro Gaming Keyboard: Backlight

I recently just got my new TT eSports Challenger Pro keyboard, it's great but I can't seem to get the backlight to work. I tried making it show up via the keyboards button and through the software provided - neither of them worked. Is it faulty or am I doing something wrong?

Must be faulty. Try re-installing the drivers though.

Try different USB ports too, but i'd say if you can type on it then it probably isn't going to make a difference.
