TT Soprano question

I've got a Soprano and I think you would have problems with the fan controller. How far do the knobs stick out from the front of the unit when seated?
Could it be seated further back in the drive bay?
I don't know how it fits.
If worst come to worst then you can easily remove the front panel of the Soprano.
I'm thinking about doing that anyway as you have to keep opening it to access the internal DVD drive.

i was going to ask you if it looks possible to seat the controller further back...i am also looking at the aguila, does anyone have any advise on this, as far the fan controller issue goes?
