I recently purchased this AIO and an additional set of EX fans, so I have it in push pull, I am using PBO 170w profile with Fmax +200 and per core negative offsets of between -25 to -30 depending on core. It is installed in an NV9 with x6 TT 140mm intake fans.

Running a CB23 multi test cpu immediately shoots to 95w, increasing fan speeds does not make a difference. I have the pump speed set to max but I do not really feel any hot/warm air exhausting out of the rad. Touching the tubes does feel like water is being pumped through.

I have tried a re-mount/paste but same results. Only thing I have not tried is re-orientating the pump (at the moment the tubes are coming out of the right-side, near ram modules) but I doubt this would make a difference?

My idle temp is around 45c and gaming its around 60-65c+ Is this the expected perf with AM5 cpu's using this AIO? Because looking at Derbauers review of the 9700x he also maxed out the PBO and using a 360mm AIO was not breaching 88-89c with a 360mm AIO and a single set of fans whist running a CBR23 multi bench.

Yeah I thought so, I did some testing with CP2077 at 1080p high and temps are 65c+. So seems to be thermal throttling with all intense all core loads and negatively affecting clocks at lower multi core loads. I think it's normal for Zen cpu's to be warmer at idle though? at least that was the case with my 5800x3d system.

Just for sanity check I ordered some TF8 thermal paste which should be arriving today will do another clean and re-paste/remount to confirm but either this AIO is faulty or just really bad with Zen cpus? Kicking myself for not going with an LF3 instead now....
