I am adding water cooling to my system doing just my GPU for now and will add my cpu to it at some point, but i can only put my rad outside my case the main problem i have is getting the tubing out side the case I get holes for the tubing in the case but one of them is a bit blocked up I can get the tubing in but its being pinched a bit my a rad for my cpu and the side of the case will this be ok?

it will probably be ok but keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get worse over time
you could consider putting a bulk head fitting, or straight joiner in that spot so that it doesn't pinch on the tube it just rests on a hard fitting instead

If you want a more sturdy solution get a step drill bit that goes up to a maximum of 20mm.
this will allow you to drill perfectly-sized holes to attach bulkhead fittings that have an M20 external thread

Which you can then just screw standard fittings into.
