I purchased this tubing a while ago http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-054-OK&groupid=962&catid=1530&subcat= and it was great right size etc. I then decided to renew again using different colour tubing and using a different fluid so i ordered this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-069-OK&groupid=962&catid=1530&subcat= thinking it was the same size as the other tubing. It turned up today and is bigger than the other tubing am i being retarded and have missed something or is it indeed bigger tubing.

not an expert but it seems to me that 3/8'' does come in different sizes.my tubing is 11mm outer diameter and 8mm inner and comes under 3/8'' but other 3/8'' seems to be 16mm outer and 10mm inner.very confusing.so you have to match up the outer and inner diameters

The orange one doesn't state the outer diameter of the tube. So long as the inner diameter is the same then it doesn't really matter, unless you're using compression fittings that worked for the orange tubing and don't fit the new blue stuff...

Yeah the fittings are the ones that come with the thermaltake armour lcs. Looking at the tubing it's never gonna fit on these quick connectors. What would i have to do to make this tube fit i.e what connectors would i need to get?

mate i would'nt go and change all the connectors that will be expensive .just get the right size tubing.much cheaper.measure the inner and outer diameter of your original tubing.it's probably close to 11mm outer and 8mm inner

^^This.

" is all to do with the id and pretty much disregards od you need to look at mm for more accurate descriptions on tubing and if its going to fit your fittings
