Is the anyway to change the colour of the tubing in the All in one water coolers such as nzxt kraken x60 or corsair hydro i100 because I really like the coolant colours

No. These are sealed units that are not supposed to be opened.

And the original coolant is colourless

You can do it yes and many people have but its not exactly an entry level mod if you get me, there's plenty of info on Google about it and adding extra blocks/rads to them (nowhere near as efficient as custom loop ofc)
