this joke makes no sense, if the subject is talking about owing someone and "e" or ecstacy tablet, then it should be "an e" as opposed to "*a* e"
unless the subject is stating they owe and accident and emergeny room at a hospital (AE) in which case there's no punctuation to state so such as I O U, A E (I owe you, Accident and Emergency

in other words FAIL
