Recently fired up my new rig and installed MSI Afterburner for the my ASUS 4080 TUF.
Without any custom fan curve, the fans will stop at idle. However when i set the below custom curve (as i've always preferred this way especially on my 3080 TUF) the fans wont stop at idle.
The curve depicts the fan speed only going as low as 30%, however when i set the fans below that threshold, they still don't stop.
Is this something that changed since the 40 series cards in regards to Afterburner, or is there an override setting for it?
I have tried the setting "Override zero fan speed with hardware curve" - No change.
Just wondered if anyone is aware or knew anything about this.
Edit, the clock speed jumped when i used the sniping tool.
Thanks!
