The first repairman a couple of month ago put WD40 on it but this one put grease on it

Sounds like a possible belt squeaking and a motor under more labour than it ought to be - so perhaps the bearing has gone too?

Sounds rough as to me and certainly shouldn't sound like that after a years use! Keeping calling them back out to it eventually they will get bored and give in and fix it properly/swap it out. Make sure you are very clear with them that it didn't used to make this noise and that it is unacceptable.
