Hi,

Seems if I have a Thurderbug, so I guess if dismantel the screen then I will invalidate the warranty, do you think Dell might take it back as a fault, not really sure what to do for the best!

Mine will be out of warranty now.... i have millions in now... wtf can i do about it? :(

Well, I am not an expert but the best thing to do is probablly can of compressed air... Squirt in the vents and pray basically.

The other alternative is to hope they leave, if they are dead that not gonna happen :p

Otherwise, you could open the entire thing up

I've had numerous thunder flies in my tfts over the hot weather period. The only way to prevent them getting in has been to keep the window closed during day-light hours which is obviously quite annoying. The majority crawl out when the tfts are off as they're attracted to the light and heat when they're on. The few that stay in them can be knocked to the bottom of the screen with a few sharp bangs - be careful doing this though!

I had 24 thunderbugs in my monitor! Soo had to send it back, Benq upgraded my monitor, recieved it today.. but didn't send a stand as they said to keep the old one, but it doesnt fit.. grr. sooooo hassle city :-)
Stupid bugs.
